~keeping it real~

so how did you do that, in the midst of all the decorating and gifting and hosting??

here's what we did, we made tags for each place setting, each with a different name of Jesus and a corresponding bible verse

then tied it to a sparkly silver ornament, which our guests could later take home with them

and we went around the table and shared some of the names of Jesus (some even accompanied with spontaneous song!)

simple and meaningful

happy birthday Jesus!

What a fabulous idea, love how you kept it real.. I made a birthday for Jesus and we sung happy birthday to Him.

Merry Christmas Tracey!

I like your pics and ideas!! I had my family all state something we were thankful for, before we prayed and ate dinner. It's something we did not do at thanksgiving and it's never too late to stop and give thanks to the "Reason for the Season" and all "He" does for us. God bless ya, Deb

We went to the Children's Mass on Christmas Eve at our church. Christmas day was spent with family. We contiune to do all our traditions and add new ones each year.
LOVE your place settings. Very creative and thoughtful!
