~chippy pink paint and vintage doorknobs~

~well peeps~

it has been way too long, why do i always think summer will slow down a little?

did i forget i would have my three wonderful, lively kids home!!

well i have been working on some projects here and there

but today i'm just gonna show you this charming shelf i found in an antique store

it was kinda pricey for something i could make, but it was just so charming

~and chippy~

and i can NEVER resist

~vintage crystal doorknobs ~

well, there's not a whole lot of pink happening in my home right now

{apart from sweet 17s totally pink bedroom}

so i just perched it here in an old milk crate

where i have a rag quilt, an old burlap coffee sack, one of my paris pillows....

an old wooden shoe form

and

~vintage doorknobs~

isn't it perfect?

Love your chippy find, Tracey! We have/had vintage glass door knobs on our doors, but unfortunately I've had to replace them... because the inside mechanisms are different then current knobs, they're expensive to retrofit into new doors :-( I've been thinking about ways to incorporate some of them into the house in a different way... lots of ideas!
Hope to see you on the 20th. Did you receive your invite?
