~week-after-Christmas~

Hello peeps, how was your Christmas?

Ours was lots of family, food and fun!

Here are some photos of my handsome crew, it doesn't seem all that long since they were just toddlers around our tree...

So now we're enjoying some downtime this week before the new year begins.
I'm enjoying  lazing sleeping in, catching up on my favorite blogs, browsing magazines and spring cleaning my closets. In that order!!
Which might sound like work, but I really feel better when my home is somewhat in order before it's back to our crazy schedule.

And I'm starting to think about what I'd like to shoot for this coming year, I'm not a big fan of resolutions, but I like to have some goals/projects in mind. Are you thinking about your year ahead?
Hugs,
Tracey

Hi tracey, Christmas was great in our house too. Now I am in clean up mode. Seems to take a lot longer to clean up than to put up. Happy New year to you too.

Hi, Tracey! I'm so glad you had a good Christmas...I love the family photos. Your kids are at a nice age. I felt the same this year. And I am already looking to next year, wanting to head into it with an open mind and heart.

I wish you all the best for a Happy New Year!

XO,
Jane

Gorgeous kiddos! I've been sleeping in and doing a little housework/sprucing, too. Today I covered all the switch plate for my living room in vintage dictionary paper. They'll go up tomorrow, then I'm going to paint the baseboards.

I've started my list making for the New Year, too. First off is trying to purge a little and get things organized. It just feels like a great way to start the year out.

Hey Tracey! :) Thanks for your sweet comment on my laundry room and molding on my mirror...I can't wait to see what projects the new year holds too! I have a few in mind already...like building a window seat in my dining room...would LOVE to re-do my master bath, (but that's prob not gonna happen unless God decides to bless us with a windfall of money) and I have some outdoor projects I'd like to tackle when the weather gets warm again. My brain thinks up more stuff to do than my schedule or body can handle! lol
Hope you have a blessed and happy new year!

Good lookin' kids, there. :) And, yes, time flies by so fast. Seems like yesterday, my children were little, running to see what Santa brought. Now, even the grandloves are all grown up. Whew...I sure am getting old !! :))
