just can't get enough of burlap and ruffles...
this is my farmhouse kitchen runner I just finished up...
yummy layers of cherries and green gingham....
topped with white anglaise lace....
I have it pictured here on a tall side table I have...
but it would be perfect for the kitchen table, bench, porch...

Abbotsford has the sweetest little market on the east end of George Ferguson Way...just around the corner of my shop, from 8:00~1:00. It is so quaint, I love it...I usually work Saturday in the shop, so should you feel the need to pop in, I would love that...xoxo...Rosie
So sweet...love the vintage-look fabrics!
That is so cheerful! I love the mix of fabrics, perfect for a summer picnic table! I just picked up some burlap yesterday so today is sewing day, I'm thinking some pillow covers, with ruffles of course! Thanks for stopping by, Theresa

I love vintage children's books and toys. I really should check out ETSY I am just so used to EBAY. There is something so classic, timeless, and beautifully graphic about vintage fabrics. It seems to be a lost art.
Thank you for visiting my blog and for leaving the comment-mymommymakesit

You ladies who sew so well make me a little (lot) jealous.

How sweet is that--I love the contrast of the rustic sack with the pretty ruffles. Thanks for sharing at Beyond The Picket Fence.
